Welcome to Kurd ST. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kurd ST mobile application (the "App") operated by Kurd ST ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Account Registration

  • You must sign in using a valid Google account to use the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the App.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Use offensive, inappropriate, or misleading usernames.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
  • Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage. If you discover a bug, please report it to us.

4. Game Rules

  • All games are played in a fair and competitive manner.
  • Matchmaking is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee immediate match availability.
  • Game results (scores, trophies, wins/losses) are final once recorded by our servers.
  • We reserve the right to reset scores, trophies, or leaderboard positions in cases of cheating or abuse.

5. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

  • The App may offer virtual currencies (coins, cash, diamonds) and in-app purchases.
  • Virtual currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
  • All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to modify the pricing and availability of virtual items at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including design, text, graphics, logos, and code) are owned by Kurd ST and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App.

7. Advertising

The App displays third-party advertisements. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

  • Ads may be displayed during gameplay or within the App interface.
  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
  • You may be asked to consent to ad personalization via Apple's App Tracking Transparency or equivalent mechanisms.

8. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications for game invites, friend requests, and other in-app events. You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
  • You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
  • Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease, and all virtual currencies and progress may be forfeited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be available at all times or free from errors.
  • Defects will be corrected in a timely manner.
  • The App is free of viruses or harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kurd ST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
